It can definitely be hard to tell how how old your fuseboard is unless you have experience working as an electrician or know someone who has and I want to help you ensure your fuseboard is up to date and keeping you safe from any potential.
Upgrading your fuseboard is a great idea for a few reasons. First, if you’re replacing a really old board, you will get additional protection in the way of an RCD. You will be able to protect electronic devices from electrical surges by having a Surge Protective Device installed and you’ll easily be able to reset the fuse with the flick of a switch instead of fiddling around with fuse wire.
