A different type blog.
This blog, unfortunately I won't be giving any hints and tips on how you can stay safe in your home, or talking about how you can upgrade to LED lights to save on your energy bill.
No, in this blog I'm here to tell you that your electrician in Corsham is off to uni! After reading a book I learn about a Japanese phrase, "Kaizen". It means 'continuous improvement'. It's a Japanese business philosophy regarding the process that continuously improves employees, systems and service. It's certainly how I try to run my business, whether it's a re-wire or just changing lights or adding additional sockets.
This is only a part time course with the Open University so don't worry, I'll still be running the business as normal. I've got someone in place to look after my diary and I'm on the hunt for a second electrician or electrical improver to help with the day to day on-site operations.
It's an exciting time for me and I hope this degree (When I get it in 6 years time) well help substantially with the way I run and manage the business and I hope it will help give me an edge on my service and behind the scenes operations.
Until next time
